Ser at det er egg, det er litt dumt, tok matintoleranse test som også slo kjempe høyt ut på egg..
Hva kan jeg erstatte det med?
Det blir verre... Eggene er det som holder brødet sammen.
Kan prøve med bløtlagte linfrø.

EGGLESS ALMOND FLOUR BREAD
2 1/2 cups almond flour
2 pears - pureed using food processor
1/4 to 1/3 cup coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
Preheat oven to 350F.
Put all ingredients into food processor except flour.
Process until it takes on a "butter-like" consistency.
Add almond flour and mix until blended.
Spread some coconut oil all around the bottom of an 8"x 8" baking dish. Sprinkle a little almond flour on the bottom.
Spread mixture into pan and smooth it out.
Bake 30 minutes.
When cooled it can be cut into squares if desired.
Variations: Add some peanut butter and cinnamon, OR in place of the pearsauce, use pureed acorn squash and a little cinnamon OR pureed carrots and a little cinnamon. You can also add vanilla, honey and nuts.
