I usually stay between 40-60 grams a day. I haven't gain any while at these levels, but I haven't lost any more with them either. So those must be my magic numbers.

120-130 carbs per day *if* I stick to my gym routine to maintain.
Hifive:
I haven't really calculated, but probably around 60 per day.
Elsah:
As a slug *no real exercise so to speak* I can maintain when anywhere between 70-120 carbs a day depending on calories. I can stay at the high point if I drop calories or I can eat a lot more calories at the lower carb end.

I'm practically the same as you Nille, most days. Occasionally, when I have a pile of veggies, an avocado or something higher in carbs, I get to around 60 - 70 range. Usually, though, it's not much higher than the 40 - 50 range.
I know those are big ranges, but I'm trying to average and remember. I do keep track, but my chart is at home.
