thank you for your request and your interest in the products of NaturataSpielberger AG.
The literature (Food Composition and Nutrition Tables from Souci Fachmann Kraut) says the value of the carbohydrates of the soya flour (full fat) with 3,1 g/100g. We don'h have any analyses exactely of our flour.
Soya flour have a lot of proteins (37.3 %) and a lot of fat (20.6%). Thats a lot more than other flours have. And its absolutly usual, that soya flour have 3.1 % carbohydrates (this are just the available carbohydrates, the total dietary fibre are 18.5%).
